Unsourceable items: In the rare case that an item sells out on the Japanese auction market before we can secure it for you, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and notify you promptly by email.
Item condition: Every listing includes a condition description (e.g. CIB — Complete in Box, loose cartridge, etc.). We document each item before shipment. All sales are final on collectibles once shipped.
Damaged or not-as-described items: If your item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you on a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Returns: We do not accept returns on collectibles unless the item was damaged in transit or significantly not as described. Each item is unique, sourced to order, and cannot be re-listed once it has shipped from Japan.
