By placing an order with RetroHoard you agree to the following terms.

One-of-a-kind items: All items are unique, sourced from Japanese auction markets. Quantity is always 1 per listing. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will receive a full refund.

Region-lock notice: Most Japanese game software and hardware is region-locked and will not function on US (NTSC-U) or PAL hardware without a region adapter or modified console. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing. RetroHoard is not responsible for region incompatibility.

All sales final: All sales are final on collectible items once shipped, except where an item is damaged in transit or materially not as described (see Refund Policy).

Pricing: All prices are in USD. Duties and taxes where applicable are shown at checkout.
