Shipping policy

All items are sourced from Japan and shipped internationally via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post EMS depending on item weight). Estimated delivery to the US is 2–3 weeks after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number when your package ships.

Order timeline: Each item is one-of-a-kind and sourced to order from Japanese auction markets. Please allow 5–10 business days after payment for us to secure and ship your item before it departs Japan.

Duties and import taxes: Where supported, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise fees at delivery (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP). If duty collection is unavailable for your location, any customs fees assessed on delivery are your responsibility.
